On Discord they said they were still working on it, because some of them like artifacts max level could be unattainable for some people as they've already max leveled what they have...

on Discord they said changing any 1 item on you avatar was enough, also need to swap borders. Also make sure you hit the "Save" button at the bottom after changing each thing

check your achievements page, change both everyday for a week, then once a month for a year, also use 25 different borders

It's under the "Communications" section of the Achievements, 3 for Posting Relays (1, 10, 50), nothing about once per day but it's how I'm remembering to change my Avatar & Border...
