Seems to be happening more and more for me, when the streamer is live and actually STREAMING!!!! Is it a known bug?

Just wait till the api communicates back to alienware arena. It does randomly disconnect and connect and that happens to me which results in quest taking longer but yeah you can ignore it and complete the twitch quest

I've been seeing that a lot too, from my experience you usually still earn the ARP even when that message is displayed.

Yeah the tracker has always been buggy. Sometimes I have to refresh the page several times for it to even display that it is tracking ( if I don't get it to fully load, it doesn't award any points.).

If I get your error I have to completely close the page and then relaunch it ( sometimes several times ) before it runs correctly.

There's relay posts every day complaining about this so yes, it's a known bug lol

How do you know when it is tracking? I usually get a “Log into Alienware account to start tracking” prompt when I click on the tracker. How long are you supposed to watch before getting ARP for it?
