Alienware no longer detects any newly purchased games I own. Even though I own NARAKA: BLADEPOINT in my library, only the “Visit Steam” button and “Sync Games” button appear. Pressing “Sync Games” doesn't reflect the games I own in my library. Are there any other users experiencing this bug?

You need to have played it a little bit before it shows up. Just try playing it for like 30 mins then try the sync after.

The current event for it appears to not have started yet. Also, if a game does not show up on the list, it means you haven't run it. AWA doesn't go by "owned games", technically. It has to do with the ones that have been used. So, either.

Same rules as before like with Skate: play the game for about 30 minutes, then try again.

Something changed (or broke?) before the skate. game was used as a Steam Quest (Sep. 29). No longer can simply play a minute to have AWA recognize a new game in my library. 😩
