Yes, 2 are fixed and usually one is a free 2 play title. The third user choice. The quests updated every Monday.

If you're asking whether there's any leak before the weekly change about which two will be new, I don't think so, I've never read anything about that.

I think the ssytem is automated, it get one game from a free games pool and another one from a paid games pool, the third is your choice from the selectable games... so no, no way to know.

You never know what games there are. One is free. One is paid, the other is your choice. Sometimes it's the same games every once in a while. That's all you need to know.
