Has ANYONE ever received physical merch from Alienware? I ordered the Alienware plush over 2 months ago and still waiting for it… (I’m in the USA)

Still waiting here as well. Can, 2.5 months. But I have seen other post of items received by people. hmm. stickers look different and says I can get them. I already ordered. Is this a different set?

Last time I checked Alienware had specific ship dates for items. If you were not close to the specific date then you were waiting a bit. I have redeemed for several items (tshirts, stickers, socks...) received them all. Located in USA.

The plush had an import delay so is a bit slow, but they should all still be coming. If you’d like send an email with your info to contact@alienwarearena.com and the team can double check with the shipper. The new system should help though!

Still waiting here for about 2 months now just for a sticker pack. Maybe its just not right. i tried to use my dell reward points and couldnt do that either. BIG BUMMER!

I got after a long wait the stickers and mousepad... TBH i forgot when i used my points for them and then suddenly it arrived...
